It is impossible to imagine the effective functioning of agroindustrial companies in any country without labour resources. It is necessary to take into account that at this time there is an uneven demographic distribution in the world, and migration in the context of globalisation has acquired significant proportions. Without migrant labour, some agricultural sectors would collapse. At the same time, migrants can increase risks and reduce the efficiency of agribusiness development. It is important to monitor migration risks on time and make the necessary management decisions for the sustainable development of agroindustrial enterprises. The source base was statistical data on the main indicators of migration processes in Europe, in particular in geographical terms: Eastern, Western, Northern and Southern Europe, for the last 2010–2021. The methods of induction, deduction, mathematical modelling and statistical analysis of spatial (panel, longitudinal) data were used in the analysis of migration risks in the management of agroindustrial enterprises in Europe. The results of the analysis of migration risks in the management of agroindustrial enterprises in Europe have shown that according to the coefficient of the individual effect of migration management, the leader is the group of Eastern European countries, while the outsiders are the countries of Western Europe. If we characterise and compare the obtained forecast values of individual effects and individual effects of previous years, we can conclude that the leader is a group of Western European countries. This indicates a high possibility of migration movement and migration risks in Western European countries, which are more secure and stable. Modelling migration risks in the management of agroindustrial enterprises in Europe has shown that there is a need for a systematic analysis of these processes. In particular, the instability of the institutional and market environment in European countries causes constant changes in migration trends and, accordingly, changes in the impact of migration risks on agribusinesses. This analysis is of practical importance in management activities to make timely decisions and prevent negative consequences of migration risks.
