Manuscript Preparation Requirements and Submission Procedure

Submission Procedure

Manuscripts can be submitted to the editorial board in one of the following ways:

  1. By email: articles are sent in *.doc (*.docx) format to: info@csr.com.ua.
  2. Via the journal website: the author must Log In or Register in the OJS system and use the "Submission" function.

The date of manuscript receipt is the date it arrives at the editorial office. In case of receiving a manuscript that does not comply with the rules, the editorial board reserves the right not to consider such material and will notify the authors.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Article Format

A4 page size, portrait orientation. Articles must be submitted exclusively in Microsoft Word format (*.doc or *.docx).
Language

Articles are accepted in English. An abstract in Ukrainian (author info, title, abstract, and keywords) is provided at the end of the article after the reference list. The formatting of structural parts of the Ukrainian abstract must comply with the rules for the English version.
Article Length

From 4,000 to 10,000 words (excluding tables and figures).
Margins

All sides – 20 mm.
Main Font
Times New Roman, size 11 pt for the main text.
Headings
Times New Roman, size 11 pt, bold, centered alignment.
Line Spacing

Single spacing for the entire text.
Text Alignment

Justified.
Paragraph Indent

0.5 cm.
Page Numbering

Not required.
JEL Classification

JEL classification is placed in the upper left corner before the author information, Times New Roman, 11 pt (e.g., JEL: C58; D2; G17).
Author Information

Information for each author is provided as follows:
- Full Name — bold, Times New Roman, 11 pt;
- Scientific degree, position, affiliation, country — italics, Times New Roman, 11 pt;
- ORCID — Times New Roman, 11 pt (e.g., ORCID: 0000-0001-4528-4509)
Article Title

Alignment — centered, Times New Roman, size 14 pt, bold, all caps.
Abstract

Abstract is provided at the beginning (up to 250 words), justified, Times New Roman, 11 pt, italics.
Keywords

Keywords follow the abstract, justified, Times New Roman, 11 pt, italics. From 4 to 7 words, separated by commas.
Main Text Structure

The main text must include the following structural elements:

  1. Introduction: Problem statement and its importance. Brief literature review relevant to the research topic.
  2. Materials and Methods: Detailed description of research methods, data sources, and analysis tools.
  3. Results and Discussion: Presentation of results using tables and figures, and discussion in the context of existing research.
  4. Conclusions: Research summary, practical recommendations, and future research directions.
  5. References:
    - List is formed according to a numbered citation system, appearing in the order mentioned in the text;
    - Mandatory DOI for each source (if available);
    - At least 60% of sources should be from publications indexed in Scopus and/or Web of Science;
    - 70% of the reference list should consist of recent sources (last 5 years);
    - Self-citation should not exceed 10% of the total reference count.
Figures and Tables
Placed directly after the first mention in the text. Tables are numbered sequentially (e.g., Table 1), must have a title (Times New Roman, 11 pt, bold) placed above. Source must be specified below (Source:). E.g.: Source: https://www.ukrstat.gov.ua or Source: [1].
Figures are numbered similarly (Figure 1, Figure 2, etc.) with a caption below (Times New Roman, 11 pt, bold). Source or authorship must be indicated. E.g.: Figure 2. Balance of migration movement, 2021, 2024. Source: proposed by the authors. The figure must be a single grouped graphic object.
Formulas

Must be typed using the built-in Microsoft Word formula editor and numbered.
Citation

In-text citations are formatted in square brackets, e.g., [1], following the order of appearance. The reference list must match this order.
Direct Quotes

Presented in quotation marks with the source in square brackets.
