COPYRIGHT NOTICE

Authors who submit materials to this journal agree to the following terms:

  1. Authors Authors retain copyright in full and grant the journal the right of first publication for original scientific articles that are not under consideration for publication in other venues.
  2. Authors grant the journal the right of first publication under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows others to freely distribute the work with an acknowledgment of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal.
  3. By submitting material, authors certify that it does not infringe upon the copyrights of other persons or organizations and has not been previously published.
  4. Authors retain the right to use their article materials, in whole or in part, for educational purposes, for writing their own dissertations, and for preparing abstracts, conference reports, and oral presentations without prior coordination with the editorial board. In all cases, a bibliographic reference to the article or a hyperlink to its electronic copy on the official journal website is mandatory.

The journal adheres to an Open Access policy for published content. All content is available free of charge to all users and/or their institutions.

DEPOSIT POLICY

  1. The editorial board of the journal encourages authors to publish their manuscripts on the Internet (for example, in institutional repositories or on personal websites), as this contributes to the emergence of a productive scientific discussion and has a positive effect on the efficiency and dynamics of citation.
  2. Authors have the right to enter into independent additional agreements on non-exclusive distribution of the article in the form in which it was published by this journal (for example, to place it in the electronic repository of the institution or to publish it as part of a monograph), provided that the link to the original publication in this journal is preserved.
  3. It is allowed to self-archive postprints (versions of manuscripts approved for publication during the peer review process) during their editorial processing or PDF versions published by the publisher.
  4. Archiving the pre-print (pre-refereeing manuscript version) not allowed.
